How CallEmBack works
If you work with your hands, you physically can't answer every call. CallEmBack makes sure that never costs you a job.
The problem we solve
When a homeowner calls a plumber and nobody picks up, most of them don't leave a voicemail and don't call again — they simply dial the next business on the list. The first company that responds usually wins the job. That means every missed call is real money quietly walking out the door, and it happens every single day while you're under a sink, on a roof, or driving between jobs.
What happens instead, with CallEmBack
- 1. You set it up once. You dial one short code on your phone. From that moment, any call you don't answer within about 20 seconds is quietly handed over to CallEmBack. Calls you do answer never touch us, and your personal messages stay completely private — we never see them.
- 2. Our AI receptionist answers the call. Instead of voicemail, the caller hears a friendly voice answering in your business's name. The assistant asks what happened, where, and how urgent it is. It never quotes prices and never makes promises on your behalf — the only thing it promises is that you'll call right back. You choose the voice and the greeting in Settings.
- 3. You call back a warm lead. You get one short report — in your dashboard and by email: who called, what they need, where they are, plus the full transcript of the call. When your hands are free, you call back a customer who already knows you're on it — instead of discovering a voicemail three hours too late.
An example
Sarah's water heater starts leaking. She calls Rivera Plumbing. Eric is elbow-deep in someone else's crawl space and can't pick up. Instead of voicemail, a warm voice answers: "Hi, thanks for calling Rivera Plumbing! Eric couldn't grab the phone — I can take the details so he calls you right back. What's going on?" She describes the leak and gives her address. The assistant wraps up: "Got it, that sounds urgent — Eric will call you back in just a few minutes." Sarah stops scrolling the search results. Eric finishes up, sees the report with Sarah's number and the whole story, calls her back, and books the job. Without CallEmBack, that job belongs to whoever answered first.
What we deliberately don't do
- No app for your customers. They just make a normal phone call — and someone finally answers.
- No access to your personal phone. We only ever see the calls you missed — nothing else.
- No pretending.Our assistant collects details and promises a callback. It doesn't claim to be you, doesn't negotiate, doesn't quote prices — and if a caller asks, it's honest about being the office assistant.
- No bloated software. CallEmBack is not a CRM, not a phone system, not a marketing suite. It does one thing: it keeps the customers you already earned.
Who we are
