Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required. You will never be charged without explicitly subscribing, so you can make sure CallEmBack works for your business before paying anything.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

Refunds

If something went wrong — you were charged in error, you were double charged, or the service materially failed to work for you — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

For first-time purchases: if you subscribed and the product didn't meet your expectations, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it. We'd rather lose a payment than have an unhappy tradesperson.

Renewal charges for periods already used are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred. If a renewal was charged and you simply forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal — we handle these case by case and err on the side of the customer.

How to request a refund

Email support@callemback.com with the email address on your account and a short description of the issue. Refund requests are answered within 2 business days. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
