AT&Tdoesn't publish a code for “when i don't answer”
We only list codes we found on the carrier's own site. Try your phone's Settings › Phone › Call Forwarding instead, or pick a different condition above.
Where this came from — att.com
“Turn off Call Forwarding. Press #21# on your phone and then the Call, Send, Talk, or Receiver key.”

- AT&T does not publish conditional forwarding codes for consumer mobile. Codes like **61* are widely attributed to AT&T online, but they appear nowhere on att.com — every AT&T page carrying them covers landline or business VoIP, not your mobile line. Use your phone's Settings › Phone › Call Forwarding instead.
- AT&T says forwarding can only be changed from the phone itself, not online.
- Wait about three seconds for the confirmation tone before ending the call.
- Forwarded calls are billed for the length of the call, and international forwarding destinations are not allowed.
Forwarding solves half the problem
The code decides thata missed call goes somewhere. It doesn't decide where. Send it to voicemail and 85% of callers hang up without leaving one. CallEmBack answers instead — in your business's name — takes the job, the address and how urgent it is, then texts you the lead.
AT&T questions
How do I forward calls on AT&T when I don't answer?
AT&T does not publish a code for no-answer forwarding. Use the phone's own Settings › Phone › Call Forwarding instead. We don't list a code here because AT&T doesn't document one, and borrowing another carrier's would be a guess.

Dial #21# from the same phone. No number needed.
Does AT&T charge for call forwarding?
Forwarded calls are billed for the length of the call, and international forwarding destinations are not allowed.
