Google Fi has no dial codes. Forwarding is set in the Google Fi app or at fi.google.com, under Phone settings › Call forwarding. Fi's own page says: "Call forwarding with Google Fi must be set up on fi.google.com or within your Google Fi app, not within your Android or iPhone's device settings."

Fi offers three options only: Don't forward, Ring all numbers, and Always forward. "Ring all numbers" rings several phones at once — it is not no-answer forwarding.
