- Verizon publishes exactly three forwarding codes — *71, *72 and *73. There is no separate busy code and no separate off code per mode.
- You cannot set forwarding up while outside Verizon coverage or travelling internationally.
- No monthly fee on most plans, but Verizon notes a fee may apply on certain older plans, and forwarded calls use plan minutes if yours are not unlimited.
Forwarding solves half the problem
The code decides thata missed call goes somewhere. It doesn't decide where. Send it to voicemail and 85% of callers hang up without leaving one. CallEmBack answers instead — in your business's name — takes the job, the address and how urgent it is, then texts you the lead.
